Program Description

Los Angeles Pacific College is located in an active and central part of Los Angeles called the Mid-Wilshire district. We are minutes away from Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica. Public transportation reaches our doorstep from all over Los Angeles and outlying areas. Our school prides itself in assisting the student with housing and academic counseling. We offer year round open enrollment for most of our programs. We pride ourselves with having highly qualified instructors and updated curriculum. Additionally, we offer many opportunities to expose our students to American culture through field trips and other out of school activities. Los Angeles Pacific College (LAPC) has a friendly, supportive faculty to assist the students with all of their needs. Our ESL program is continually updated to keep up with the changes and needs of the students and their desire to learn the English language. Students at LAPC will not only learn the English language but also be able to apply it to business, educational, and personal situations. Students will be exposed to American culture and history through classroom preparation and further enforced through out of school activities. After completion of our ESL program, the student has the opportunity to further their education through our certificate programs in Computer Graphics Design, Computer Information Systems, and Associates Degree (AOS) in Accounting. With these programs, the student will have the opportunity to practice their new skills with OPT, Optional Practical Training. This OPT allows the student to stay in the United States for one year after completion to refine their skills while in the work force.
