Intensive English for academic/general purposes, summer program, TOEFL preparation; the 4-level program meets 20 hours per week with classes in reading, reading skills, writing, grammar, communication and study skills; also available are electives in pronunciation, vocabulary, TOEFL preparation, American culture, American Short Story and academic listening. Student Newspaper class produces 2-3 issues each semester.
Practice TOEFL tests are given throughout the semester and the Institutional TOEFL is given twice each semester.

Students must send an application, a $25 application fee, $11 health service fee ($8 for summer), the necessary tuition and a financial statement showing $18,000.00 support for a 1-year period. Also include a copy of your visa bio page. Transfer students must submit a transfer form and a copy of their I-20.
