The English Language Institute at the University of Tennessee Knoxville provides intensive English instruction for students and professionals. ELI students can live in campus housing. Program tuition includes all textbooks and institutional TOEFL.

The ELI at the University of Tennessee is located in the city of Knoxville, a pleasant city known for its many recreational activities. Knoxville is about 50 kilometers from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

ELI has 8-week sessions that begin in January, March, May, August, and October. To apply students should provide a completed application form and evidence of financial support.
