location information:

WESLI is located in downtown Madison, capital of the state of Wisconsin. Madison is two and a half hours northwest of Chicago and one hour west of Milwaukee by car. This area of the United States is called the Midwest. The cost of living and studying in the Midwest is much lower than it is on the east and west coasts. Also, people in this area speak standard English, the type of English that is accepted everywhere. WESLI is near the University of Wisconsin and 25% of Madisons population is students. That means that Madison is a very safe city with many recreational activities and clubs. In the past 10 years, several national magazines have named Madison the best city in the USA for safety, beauty, education, affordability, recreational & cultural opportunities, and for the general quality of life. With four lakes, Madison is a truly beautiful city.
